We made an Attendee Info Doc, with useful information about the conference and about Berlin in general. This post is a shorter (but not short) version of it.
Registration instructions have landed in everyone’s inbox.
In case you missed it - fill out this form directly, making sure to mention the email used for the purchase, whether you booked or someone booked for you. After completing the form - you’ll get a confirmation email.
If you are attending in person - present the QR code to claim your badge;
and if you are joining in person - you’ll get a second email inviting you to register to the online platform.Badges pickup
You can pick up your badge starting on 14:30 on Monday June 17. As with every year - do consider to stop by to pick up your badge early to avoid the morning queues during the workshops/talks days, even if you don’t plan to join the other activities. We encourage you not to print the QR code, if possible.
Once you have the badge - you can enter the venue on the conference days without queueing up, just make sure to wear it in a visible manner. In case you are looking for the WiFi details, you’ll find it on the back of your badge.We had 2 schedule changes this month:
Ronna Steinberg’s Go Design workshop is not taking place. Everyone who was registered already picked an alternative workshop.
Ayesha Kaleem’s talk on KEDA is not taking place. This of course does not affect the start and end times of the day.Monday June 17 is the Social Day
At 10:00 is the start of the Social Day, on this day you can get a ticket and join the historic tour of Berlin, private to the conference attendees.
At 14:00 begins the second part of the Social Day, with the Contributors Summit. There will be several round tables on Gopher-y topics, and you can join the different conversations freely.Tuesday June 18 is the Workshops Day
